Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the repair and maintenance of electric and combustion-powered tools, providing technical support and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for tool maintenance and repair 2. Providing technical support and consultation to customers 3. Handling diagnosis, repair, and delivery of machinery GRUPO TRUPER and Tiendas Fix, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: Electromechanical Technician As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, air conditioners, or similar equipment Experience in customer service Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, repairing, and returning it to the customer. Providing in-store sales floor consultation to customers. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and common areas of the branch (rotating weekly).
