In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our computer systems, ensuring their efficient and secure operation. Your responsibilities will include database management, technical support for internal users, and implementation of software solutions according to company needs. Key requirements for this position include a solid understanding of operating systems, databases, and programming languages. You must have prior experience in system administration and proactive problem-solving skills. Additionally, a proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Your duties will include real-time system monitoring, identification and resolution of technical issues, software and hardware updates, and generation of system performance reports. You will also serve as the point of contact for any technical inquiries arising between company departments.
