Provide technical support for internal clients’ IT services and infrastructure; track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; supply necessary equipment and spare parts; maintain inventory of computing equipment; monitor the various technologies deployed by the company; and perform other related duties. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role. Education: Technical high school diploma in systems or related field; or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a discipline related to Information Technologies—completed or incomplete.
