Our focus isn’t on low\-cost hiring, but on building a team of high\-quality professionals—and we compensate fairly for that. **What You'll Do** * Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters. * Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision * Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last\-minute changes) * Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact * Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation * Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision\-making * Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items * Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) * Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters **Requirements** We're not just looking for someone who can do the job.
