Customer service - Full-time shift

Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and organized individuals with advanced English proficiency and industrial customer service experience for a customer-facing role. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience in the industrial sector 2. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) 3. Communication skills, proactivity, and organizational abilities We seek candidates with advanced English proficiency (80% to 100%), both written and spoken, and experience in industrial customer service. Full-time availability is required, as well as a valid passport and U.S. visa due to frequent meetings in El Paso, Texas. A background in Business Administration and/or Accounting is desirable, along with basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
