Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented HR Coordinator for mass recruitment and selection of operational staff, with a focus on branches and employee well-being. Management of operational staff and benefits programs. **A leading company in the industry** * We seek an HR Coordinator (f/m) with expertise in recruitment and selection of personnel, who is proactive and service-oriented at a high level, as well as possessing strong effective communication skills. * Responsible for **mass recruitment and selection of operational teams**, aiming to ensure adequate staffing coverage across assigned branches, as well as implementing benefits and compensation programs for staff, and conducting impactful visits to properly follow up on staff needs. * Being proactive and having a service-oriented attitude is essential to ensuring excellent internal customer service, since interaction with assigned branches is critical to the proper development of employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment for operational positions, preferably within the restaurant industry. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of selection, interviewing, and hiring for assigned positions. * Management of external and internal recruitment programs. * Review and promote HR policies and procedures implemented within the company. * Competency-based interview processes. * Follow-up on issues raised by internal employees. * Preparation of employment contracts and delivery of final settlement documents (finiquitos). **Benefits:** Base salary: MXN 16,000 gross \+ bonus for goal achievement.
