Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Promoter for the Housing Program to advise eligible beneficiaries, organize visits to model homes, manage credit applications, and conduct post-sales follow-up. (Completed or incomplete) **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial areas, sales, negotiation, and customer service. * Experience in the mortgage or real estate sector is desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales. * Intermediate Excel skills. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Excellent customer or user service. * Problem-solving. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Attend to and advise eligible beneficiaries interested in acquiring INFONAVIT housing. * Organize and accompany visits to model homes. * Conduct credit simulations and verify eligibility. * Prepare, manage, and compile documents related to formalizing INFONAVIT housing acquisition. * Perform post-sales follow-up. **SALARY** * Monthly gross compensation of $16,000.00 plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your salary: * Transportation allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
