We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate field operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. Job Objective: Supervise internal plant construction activities and fiber optic network maintenance, ensuring proper execution of work, timely completion, and operational efficiency of field crews. Main Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate field work crews. -Monitor KMZ routes and operational progress. -Coordinate internal plant construction work. -Maintain secondary fiber optic networks. -Verify the quality of installations and repairs performed. -Prepare progress and incident reports. -Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards. Requirements: -Technical high school diploma or related engineering degree. -Minimum 2 years of experience supervising fiber optic networks. -Knowledge of internal plant, maintenance, and network construction. -Experience handling KMZ routes and operational reports. -Availability for field work. -Valid driver's license (preferred).
