




**Area:** Information Technology **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Systems Engineer** to provide comprehensive technical support to company employees, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, networks, and systems. The role will be responsible for managing technological infrastructure, Level 1 (L1) support, information security, and continuous improvement of technological processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (computer equipment, networks, printers, and mobile devices). * Provide L1 support for enterprise systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and servers. * Administer and monitor networks and servers. * Control and inventory of technological equipment. * Configure and prepare equipment for new hires. * Administer collaboration tools (Office 365 and Google Workspace). * Implement information security policies and backups. * Prepare reports and metrics for the department. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** experience in technical support or systems. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking, protocols, and structured cabling. * Proficiency with Office 365 / Google Workspace tools. * Intermediate English level (B1). **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and user focus. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth and learning. * A positive work environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
