Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant for technical support, system maintenance, and administration, with an emphasis on problem-solving skills and service orientation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting users with software, hardware, and network issues 2. Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware 3. Creating and managing user accounts and security **Comex Stores** **We Are Hiring** **Systems Assistant** Age: 25 years or older Education: Technical High School Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Do not apply if you hold an engineering degree) Minimum experience: 1 year Willingness to work and learn Honest and responsible **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Support:** Assisting users with issues related to software, hardware, and networks. * **System Maintenance:** Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware. * **System Administration:** Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and security. * **Documentation:** Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals. * **Project Support:** Collaborating on projects involving the implementation of new systems or upgrades. **Required Skills:** * Technical knowledge * Problem-solving skills * Communication skills * Organizational skills * Service-oriented attitude Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
