Job Summary: Grupo Delmex is seeking a Quality Inspector committed to ensuring quality standards at every stage of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Support in verification of measurement equipment and devices At **Grupo Delmex**, a Mexican company focused on the transformation and commercialization of steel-derived products for the metal-mechanical and light construction industries, we are looking for a **Quality Inspector** committed to ensuring quality standards at every stage of the production process. We seek a responsible, analytical individual with a focus on continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect and release materials (steel) at all stages of the process. * Identify, control, and segregate non-conforming outputs. * Verify that measurement equipment is properly calibrated. * Inspect and release new products and tooling. * Complete quality reports as applicable. * Ensure compliance with work instructions, process sheets, and procedures. * Support verification of measurement equipment and devices. * Reject materials failing to meet established requirements. * Report and/or halt the process when issues affecting product quality arise. * Report equipment or tool failures to the maintenance supervisor. * Stop operations when safety risks exist. **Requirements:** * Technical degree and/or Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in material inspection (preferably steel). * Flexible availability. **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes. * Basic familiarity with measurement equipment. * Teamwork and accountability. **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits: Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation time, vacation premium * Enhanced benefits: Savings fund (Caja de ahorro), savings plan (Fondo de ahorro), employee loans, and subsidized cafeteria **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Location:** Libramiento Noreste, Lote 2, General Escobedo, N.L.
