Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment, manage benefits and employee relations, and lead a team of HR professionals.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring qualified candidates who fit the company culture and requirements are hired.
* Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
* Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and promote professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
* Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
* Oversee compensation and benefits structure, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
* Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing them with guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Education and Software Proficiency:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, regulations, and HR best practices.
Work Experience:
* Minimum of 7\-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3\-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
* Proven experience leading and managing an HR professional team.
* In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
* Outstanding leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to identify trends, analyze data, and develop solutions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Strong ethical and professional standards, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
* Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation in HR practices.
