We do not require prior experience—we train you from day one! **What We Offer:** * **Weekly salary:** $2,362\.63 (gross). * **Punctuality and attendance bonus:** $1,900 per month. * **Grocery vouchers:** 13% of monthly salary. * **Savings fund contribution:** 11%. * **Enhanced year-end bonus:** 28 days’ salary. * **Vacation premium:** 75%. * **Subsidized cafeteria:** Only $23 MXN. * **Life insurance:** Comprehensive coverage (up to 24 months’ salary). * **Additional support:** Funeral expense assistance and annual school support ($500 in July). * **Job stability:** Timely weekly payroll deposits every Friday via BBVA. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Secondary school certificate (mandatory). * **Experience:** Not required (we provide an induction program). * **Age:** 18 to 55 years old. * **Availability:** Willingness to work overtime as operationally needed. **Work Schedule and Shifts:** We operate on a **Monday to Friday** basis (fixed rest days on **Saturdays and Sundays**) with weekly rotating shifts: * **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM. * **Night Shift:** 10:36 PM to 7:00 AM.
