




Position Summary: Manages and evaluates IT requirements, provides technical support and training, ensures cybersecurity and operational continuity, and administers IT infrastructure and vendors. Develops and implements cybersecurity and business continuity strategies Assess hardware, software, license, and other IT requirements across various departments of the organization; manage the required budget with Senior Management to fulfill such needs. Provide necessary consultation for proper system usage. Support staff training and instruction on installed software. Provide appropriate technical support—collaborating with direct reports and, if necessary, external IT vendors—to resolve system- and equipment-related issues and identified areas for improvement. Develop and implement cybersecurity measures and server backup strategies, as well as contingency plans to prevent cyberattacks and ensure uninterrupted operations. Manage and negotiate contracts with IT vendors; supervise corresponding technical implementations; and maintain relevant documentation. Create and keep updated an inventory of organizational infrastructure (hardware) across all departments and work sites. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems (software) and infrastructure (hardware) deployed at various work sites. Document progress of such implementation. Ensure organizational operational continuity by timely provision of IT supplies, consumables, and services. Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
