Development of new business lines and market expansion **Join Saquinsa!** We are a **leading tactical equipment distributor** based in Chihuahua, Chih., with presence and sales strength across multiple regions of the country. **Job Objective:** Develop, manage, and grow business lines through administration of an active enterprise client portfolio, strengthening long-term commercial relationships and ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum of **7\+ years of B2B sales experience** (Senior-level profile). * **Verifiable active enterprise client portfolio (mandatory).** * Experience in **business line development** and market entry. * Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills. * Experience in key account management. * Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes. * Excellent interpersonal, networking, and public relations skills. * Strategic mindset, results orientation, and autonomy. * Availability for client engagement and commercial follow-up. **Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of an active B2B client portfolio (must possess personal portfolio). * Development of new business lines and market expansion. * Strategic prospecting and generation of high-value commercial opportunities. * Preparation, negotiation, and follow-up of commercial proposals. * Closing sales and ensuring profitability per transaction. * Development and maintenance of public relations. * Post-sales follow-up and key client retention. * Coordination with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, operations) to ensure on-time deliveries. * Market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify opportunities. * Recording and managing sales activities in CRM. * Achievement of commercial KPIs (sales, margin, portfolio growth, etc.).
