Job Summary: Responsible for performing assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping operations while ensuring quality and meeting production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in Operational Excellence Activities In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do. **Position: Operator I, Production Line****Reports to: Production Supervisor** **General Description:****Responsible for performing assembly, testing, packaging, shipping to warehouse, and process or production control reporting required to achieve production targets.** **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Responsible for complying with safety and hygiene rules and procedures; report any unsafe act or condition to your immediate supervisor. * Perform operations according to instructions, visual aids, or applicable procedures. * Ensure assembled or manufactured products meet quality specifications or requirements; follow applicable TL9000 procedures. * Meet applicable production standards. * For experienced operators: assist in training personnel per applicable procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area per the 5S+1 program (Safety plus 5S for order and cleanliness). * Prepare required production and process control reports. * Participate in TEOA Operational Excellence activities. * This position/function must understand and comply with the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System requirements, its Policy, and applicable standards and procedures. **Education:** Preferably Secondary School**Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position (preferred) **Skills:*** Communication: Ability to communicate openly with coworkers and immediate supervisor. * Foreign Language: Not applicable. * Office: Not applicable * Technical: Knowledge of manufacturing operations in your area (preferred) * Physical: Vision and strength appropriate for the assigned operation.
