Position Summary: We are seeking an In-Site Specialized Warehouse Clerk to manage, safeguard, and ensure the traceability of high-value medical devices in hospital units. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support and assistance to physicians and nursing staff We are currently recruiting an In\-Site Specialized Warehouse Clerk in Chihuahua to join high-specialty hospital units, responsible for controlling, safeguarding, and ensuring traceability of medical devices, implants, and high-value surgical supplies. We seek an organized individual with experience in hospital warehouses and a focus on internal customer service, guaranteeing material availability and proper handling for surgical procedures. Main Responsibilities * Receiving, organizing, and safeguarding high-specialty medical devices. * Controlling and tracking batch numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates. * Supplying materials and instruments according to the surgical schedule. * Conducting cyclical inventories and preparing stock reports. * Receiving and inspecting returned materials into the warehouse. * Monitoring and complying with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and NOM\-241\. * Providing operational support and assistance to physicians and nursing staff. Technical Skills * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Inventory control and administration. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and data entry). * Document control and material traceability. * Handling of medical devices and surgical supplies. Knowledge * Hospital warehouse processes. * Familiarity with CEYE (Central Equipment and Sterilization Unit). * Good Storage Practices (GSP). * COFEPRIS Regulation NOM\-241\. * Expiration date and critical material control. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administrative or health-related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical device warehouses. * Availability to work onsite within a hospital unit. * Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills. * Excellent service attitude and ability to work under pressure.
