Responsible and results-oriented **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packing, and other activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit. * Follow applicable procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Leave designated locations clean and organized. * Participate in company-required activities and programs. * Contribute to personal and company safety. **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in conveyor line work and cleanroom environments (preferred) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
