Establishing effective leadership to guide the work team in achieving these objectives. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * English desirable * 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor * Experience in metal\-mechanical assemblies * Intermediate English * Availability to rotate shifts **Knowledge*** Interpretation of mechanical drawings * Knowledge of CNC * Use of measurement equipment * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 * Problem\-solving tools (PDCA, DMAIC, 5S, 8D) * Continuous improvement * Leadership of operational personnel * Process control and reporting
