As a Lead R\&O Maint Technician here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage the maintenance of our physical facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. You will report directly to our Sr Maintenance Engineering Supervisor Manager you’ll work out of our Chihuahua, Chihuahua location on an On\-site work schedule. As a Lead R\&O Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading maintenance activities focused on reliability and operational excellence. You will ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained to the highest standards, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity in support of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua, Mexico location on an On\-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and reliability of our production facilities by leading a skilled maintenance team, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support Honeywell’s commitment to operational excellence. **YOU MUST HAVE** * Proven experience in maintenance with a focus on reliability and operational excellence. * Proven CNC Machinery maintenance experience * Drivers and controles experience * Basic knowledge on Robots (Epson, Fanuc, Co\-bots). * Corrective and preventive maintenance in CNC DOOSAN, CONTROL FANUC * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing environments. * Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating maintenance schedules. * Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and tools. * Ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement corrective actions. Intermediate English level * **WE VALUE** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. * 3\+ years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. \#LI \- Onsite * Lead and coordinate maintenance activities focused on reliability and operational excellence (R\&O) to ensure equipment uptime and performance. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life. * Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices in maintenance procedures. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports to support continuous improvement and compliance requirements.
