




Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure efficient execution of production processes in CNC machining, welding, and assembly, guaranteeing quality and adherence to production schedules. Implements production control and personnel management. **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure efficient execution of production processes in CNC machining, welding, and product assembly areas, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, delivery timelines, efficient resource utilization, and operational discipline. **Main Responsibilities: Production Planning and Control** * Execute assigned daily/weekly production schedules. * Assign workloads to CNC machines, welding stations, and the Assembly area. * Prioritize orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and installed capacity. * Ensure availability of materials, tools, and programs prior to initiating production. * Monitor real-time progress and adjust workloads as necessary. * Control downtime, bottlenecks, and deviations from the plan. **Operational Supervision** * Supervise CNC operators, welders, and assembly personnel. * Verify correct process execution per engineering drawings and specifications. * Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, and equipment. * Validate first-piece inspections and authorize production release. * Track rework, non-conforming parts, and corrective actions. **Quality Control** * Ensure compliance with tolerances and technical specifications. * Coordinate with Quality for in-process and final inspections. * Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions. * Reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing errors. **Personnel Management** * Lead and coordinate shift-based work teams. * Ensure discipline, order, and policy compliance. * Train operators on processes, best practices, and safety. * Evaluate staff performance. * Resolve team operational conflicts. **Administrative Control and Reporting** * Record actual vs. planned production. * Monitor machine time (hour meters, effective time vs. downtime). * Report incidents: equipment failures, material shortages, engineering errors, etc. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Engineering regarding departmental needs. * Ensure work order traceability. **Safety and Maintenance** * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Verify consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report unsafe conditions or hazards. * Coordinate basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintain machinery, tools, and high-value equipment. **Required Profile** **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field. **Experience:** * 3–5 years in metal-mechanical production * Experience in CNC machining, welding, and structural fabrication * Supervisory experience over operational staff **Technical Knowledge** * CNC machining processes (lathe and machining center) * Welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick electrode) * Structural and equipment fabrication (AWS desirable) * Interpretation of mechanical drawings * Tolerancing and basic metrology * Production planning * Time and motion study * ERP systems such as SAP, Aspel SAE, or similar * Intermediate/advanced Excel **Competencies** * Operational leadership (hands-on, not desk-bound) * Decision-making under pressure * Sense of urgency * Organization and control * Direct and clear communication * Problem-solving * Results-oriented mindset * Discipline and integrity **Job KPIs** * Production schedule adherence (%) * CNC machine efficiency (%) * Area productivity * Scrap and rework rate (%) * On-time delivery (%) * Machine downtime * First-pass quality yield * Safety incidents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,500.00 – $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
