Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Litigation Lawyer with experience in criminal, customs, and commercial matters to manage judicial proceedings and negotiations with authorities and insurance companies. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in criminal law, administrative and judicial procedures. 2. Knowledge of customs, foreign trade, and coordination with the Attorney General’s Office (FGR). 3. Negotiation with insurance adjusters and vehicle release. **A major U.S. company is seeking a Customs Litigation Lawyer in Baja California and Chihuahua to join its professional services team.** Requirements: * Law degree * Proven experience in criminal law, administrative procedures, and judicial proceedings * Negotiation and communication skills * Experience in commercial law, vehicle recovery, and the Customs Law * **Knowledge of customs and foreign trade** * **Experience coordinating with the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), settlement agreements, and tax procedures** * Availability to work in Chihuahua Responsibilities: * Vehicle release from impound lots * Negotiation with insurance adjusters * Cases involving financial fraud related to U.S.-registered vehicles * Direct contact with authorities (State Attorney General’s Office, FGR, Federal Ministry of Public Finance) * Judicial proceedings in criminal and commercial matters Compensation: * Fee-based payment (up to $7,000 MXN per case) * Travel expenses covered * Flexible working hours If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and cover letter including your salary expectations to **gmanningk@gmail.com** Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $7,000\.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
