Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment **Join our team!** Job Description: We are seeking a Field Technical Support professional to provide direct user assistance, resolve hardware and software incidents, and ensure the proper operation of company equipment and systems. ***\- Responsibilities *** * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures. * Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Support operating systems (Windows / macOS, as applicable). * Handle and follow up on support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Document incidents and applied solutions. ***\- Requirements *** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of on-site technical support experience. * Basic networking knowledge (cabling, IP addressing). * Proficiency with support tools. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Strong service attitude and effective communication skills with users. ***\- We Offer *** \- Fixed monthly salary of 12,000 pesos **tax-free** \+ Travel allowances. \- **Monthly productivity bonus** (up to 6,000 pesos) \- Statutory benefits from day one. \- Ongoing training.
