Being part of a key administrative and finance team. **EXTERNAL OPENING: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Client Location:** Chihuahua, Chihuahua. **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday A prominent e-commerce sector group, experiencing continuous growth, is looking to add an **Accounting Assistant with solid experience in general accounting and customs operations.** We seek a goal-oriented individual with strong concentration ability, empathy, and ease in teamwork, who will actively contribute to the company’s administrative and finance area. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience in general accounting**. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi or other accounting software. * Intermediate English. * Experience in customs accounting. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in accounting firms, tax calculation, and payroll processing. * Familiarity with Odoo. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recording accounting journal entries. * Bank reconciliations. * Invoicing. * Financial data analysis and reporting. * Reviewing and collecting fiscal receipts (income and expenses). * Vendor payments and other disbursements. * Supporting general accounting activities within the administrative department. * Implementing and operating accounting functions within the accounting system. **WE OFFER (provided by the client)** * Net salary: **$15,000 to $17,000 per month**. * Statutory benefits. * **Job stability**. * A **dynamic work environment** and **opportunity for professional growth**. **ABOUT THE PROCESS** This recruitment process is managed by **Manuel Nevárez y Asociados, S.C.**, so you will be in direct contact with our team throughout the evaluation, interviews, and follow-up stages.
