Job Description and Responsibilities
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute electrical, functional, and performance tests on electronic boards and equipment (PCBA, ATX, or other electronic systems).
* Identify, diagnose, and document failures in components, boards, or systems.
* Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective or preventive actions.
* Use measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supplies, etc.) for failure diagnosis.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to improve test and repair processes.
* Record test results in designated systems and generate technical reports.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ESD policies.
* Participate in continuous improvement of test and rework processes.
Experience and Requirements
* Experience in electronic testing, failure analysis, and technical support
* Preventive and corrective maintenance
* Proficiency with specialized tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply)
* Understanding of analog/digital circuits
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, technical manuals, and bills of materials
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
