**Job Description: Maintenance, Systems, and Programming Technician** **Job Objective:** A multifunctional individual responsible for maintaining the clinic's facilities in optimal condition, managing inventory, and developing small programming tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Structural Maintenance:** Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, mini-splits, chairs, furniture, and other physical elements of the clinic. * **Systems and Inventory:** Maintain up-to-date records of all equipment and materials on-site, perform minor repairs, and ensure overall proper functionality. * **Programming:** Create and maintain simple programs or scripts that automatically extract information from web portals. **Profile:** A practical individual with basic knowledge of electricity, light carpentry, general repairs, inventory management, and programming (preferably Python or web scraping tools). Ability to solve problems independently and multitask.
