Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 hrs Modality: On-site WE OFFER: • Life insurance and major medical expense insurance • Grocery vouchers • Savings fund • Annual performance bonus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Efficient vehicle allocation, scheduling of preventive maintenance, and conducting regular inspections to detect issues before they become costly breakdowns. • Regularly analyzing operational data, costs, and performance to identify areas of opportunity. • Ensuring drivers are informed and familiar with fleet policies. • Designing and implementing internal processes and controls, providing timely reports on expenses, performance, and productivity to various support departments. • Coordinating billing for maintenance expenses, supplies, incidents, and budget control. REQUIREMENTS: • Conversational English (interviews are conducted with personnel who do not speak Spanish) • Experience in project management • Experience in managing relationships with leasing companies • Strong conflict resolution skills • Demonstrated leadership skills
