At **Nuxiba**, a leading company in software and telecommunications solutions, we are looking for an **AI Prompt Engineer** with strong technological expertise, strategic vision, and technical support experience in call center operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed or in progress in fields related to information technology, systems, computing, software engineering, data science, or similar disciplines. * Additional training in artificial intelligence, virtual agents, prompt engineering, or related technologies. * Experience with technological solutions, preferably in virtual agents, chatbots, or conversational systems. * **Proficiency in Linux environments**, command-line usage, and participation in projects with internal or external clients. * Operational-level knowledge and usage of FreeSWITCH. **Main Responsibilities** * Design base prompts and specialized prompts according to the agent’s use case. * Define intentions, responses, workflows, and exception handling for the virtual agent. * Load and configure prompts in the corresponding environments. * Test agent behavior prior to production release. * Operate Linux systems (Debian / Ubuntu Jammy) via command line. * Validate deployments, restarts, and configurations required for agent operation. * Classify each change by type (adjustment, deviation, out-of-scope). * Document base prompts, agent workflows, and configurations. * Stay updated on trends in conversational AI and prompting. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. * Monday to Friday, 9–6 PM. * Hybrid work arrangement (must reside in CDMX or Edomex). * Performance-based commission scheme. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood.
