To ensure regulatory compliance and efficient management of teams and contractors. \- Participate in the design of efficient land layouts \- Electrical, water supply, and drainage infrastructure \- Manage infrastructure at Municipal, State, and Federal levels **Education:** Master’s degree (preferred). Degree in Engineering or Architecture. **Age:** 40 \- 50 years old **Minimum Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in a similar role and **5 years** with **housing construction companies**. **ERP Software** Experience with **Enkontrol (preferred)**. **Experience:** **Project and Budget Management:** · Simultaneously manage and control 3 to 5 urban development (and/or housing) projects across planning, execution, and monitoring phases. · Implement and manage project budgetary and operational controls. · Lead project reviews, unit pricing, volume assessments, and engineering reviews required for urban development and infrastructure. **Technical Supervision and Quality Assurance:** · Ensure in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and processes, as well as professional standards and regulations, for reviewing construction quality. · Supervise and manage the assigned urban development team, identifying organizational needs for project planning. **Administration and Legal Compliance:** · Experience managing, administering, and supervising contractors. · Coordination and familiarity with procedures, permits, and tenders before various regulatory agencies, ensuring timely identification of value engineering opportunities.
