We have consolidated our expertise and capabilities in residential, urban development, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations while generating a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking: Regional Urban Development Manager (Housing Construction Sector)**Ob Job Objective: To lead and comprehensively supervise urban development projects, ensuring planning, execution, budgetary control, and quality assurance for infrastructure related to social and residential housing development. To ensure regulatory compliance and efficient management of teams and contractors. \- Participate in the design of efficient land layouts \- Electrical, water supply, and drainage infrastructure \- Manage infrastructure at Municipal, State, and Federal levels **Education:** Master’s degree (preferred). Degree in Engineering or Architecture. **Age:** 40 \- 50 years old **Minimum Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in a similar role and **5 years** with **housing construction companies**. **ERP Software** Experience with **Enkontrol (preferred)**. **Experience:** **Project and Budget Management:** · Simultaneously manage and control 3 to 5 urban development (and/or housing) projects across planning, execution, and monitoring phases. · Implement and manage project budgetary and operational controls. · Lead project reviews, unit pricing, volume assessments, and engineering reviews required for urban development and infrastructure. **Technical Supervision and Quality Assurance:** · Ensure in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and processes, as well as professional standards and regulations, for reviewing construction quality. · Supervise and manage the assigned urban development team, identifying organizational needs for project planning. **Administration and Legal Compliance:** · Experience managing, administering, and supervising contractors. · Coordination and familiarity with procedures, permits, and tenders before various regulatory agencies, ensuring timely identification of value engineering opportunities.
