**Job Description** We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team at **IDEAS MOBILIARIUM SA DE CV**. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in construction and interior renovation project management, as well as furniture installation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Optimize the use of material and human resources in the development and definition of projects related to commercial space construction and renovation, retail, office, hospitality, and residential furniture manufacturing. * Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery by selecting development strategies and establishing procedures for execution. * Oversee the monitoring and control of one or more projects, ensuring compliance with client-specified requirements and quality standards. * Coordinate the resolution of incidents and update the initial project schedule. * Communicate, negotiate, and resolve on-site personnel conflicts, as well as provide customer support. * Prepare progress reports and final reports for project closure and billing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in finishes, renovations, furniture installation, civil works, and sanitary, hydrosanitary, and stormwater installations. * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Office Suite. * Strong teamwork and personnel supervision skills. * Willingness to travel and work overtime. * Class A driver’s license (preferred). **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary negotiable based on qualifications. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Job stability within a dynamic work environment. **Interested candidates:** Please send your resume in PDF format to **ere.cisneros@gcdi.com.mx**, or call: 55 3052 6539.
