Thanks to our global experience and strong technical knowledge we can develop and support from the original concept to the design, product development, production systems, and implementation. \#We want your talent! **ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project Leader** **Roles and responsabilities:** * Lead the project team: operationally manage the resources and skills assigned to your project. * Ensure the technical delivery of a project, monitor the functional analysis, and control client requirements. * Responsible for quality, cost, and delivery management: * Estimate workload and unfinished work. * Plan and assign activities. * Prepare and lead weekly project committees. * Prepare monthly project reviews. * Apply ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools (specifically the ADF kit). * Monitor KPIs and prepare operational project reports for the project manager. * Apply the quality, health, safety, and environmental standards defined by the Group and recommended by the client for your project. * Participate in ALTEN Mexico's internal initiatives. * Comply with the safety and hygiene standards and procedures established by the company. * Follow the applicable Policies, Procedures and work instructions established in the Quality Management System. **Team management :** * Leads the project team: manages the resources and skills allocated to the project * Coordinates Team Pilots (Team Leaders / Batch Manager * Functional management of CP level 1, Lot Managers and consultants * Transmits their knowledge and ensures their skills development. **Requirements** Education/Experience: * Mechatronics Engineer or related field Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Experience in a related technical field is a plus Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts Results\-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Technical Skills: * Full stack development (Java / app development / Python) * Embedded systems: Communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) Hardware in loop (HIL) Certifications: Green Belt / Black Belt or Project Management (desirable), Scrum (desirable) * Extra: Scrum Master **Benefits** Base salary Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) 15 days bonus 25% vacation bonus 12 days of vacation (From the first year)
