Experience in the industrial or commercial sector is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Recruitment of technical, commercial, and operational profiles Payroll administration, IMSS, Infonavit, labor relations, and legal compliance Training, onboarding, and employee development Performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments Organizational Culture **Technical Skills:** \- Payroll software (CONTPAQi, Aspel) \- Knowledge of any ERP system \- Intermediate\-advanced Excel \- IMSS/Infonavit portals **Competencies:** Adaptability, effective communication, conflict resolution, discretion, autonomy.
