




Job Summary: Coordination and control of the condominium's administrative operations, including resident assistance, reservation management, vehicle access, assets, collections, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of condominium administrative operations 2. Coordination of events and support in assemblies 3. Communication and resident assistance RESIDENT ASSISTANCE. HOUSE CLUB RESERVATION CONTROL. VEHICLE ACCESS CONTROL (TAGS), EMPLOYEES AND DOMESTIC STAFF. CONDOMINIUM ASSET CONTROL. COLLECTION CONTROL FOR MAINTENANCE FEES, EVENTS, AND PENALTIES. DELIVERY OF INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND CONTROL OF PROPERTY ACCREDITATIONS WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM. PREPARATION OF OFFICE QUOTATIONS. SUPPLIER PAYMENT CONTROL. PETTY CASH CONTROL. WORK AND REMODELING CONTROL (CONSTRUCTION BONDS). MOVING IN/OUT CONTROL. COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES. EVENT COORDINATION. SUPPORT IN BOTH ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLIES.
