We are currently seeking a ***Hospital Response Manager*** to coordinate and supervise operations across our medical units. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Inhalation Therapy, or a related field. A professional degree certificate and license are mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitals, in general nursing or healthcare delivery. * Leadership skills, teamwork ability, emotional awareness, results orientation, and high accountability. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Report personnel-related changes to the Human Resources department. * Record incidents and validate folio summaries per period. * Request invoices and track their status. * Verify supply and material cycles according to each unit's productivity. * Prepare monthly inventories. * Ensure preventive maintenance of biomedical equipment is performed as scheduled by the supplier. * Supervise 2 medical units and a team of approximately 20 collaborators. ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payment via BBVA or Santander. * 15 days' year-end bonus for each full year of service. * 12 vacation days per year (based on seniority). * 50% vacation premium. * Monthly food vouchers worth $500\.00 MXN. * Gasoline vouchers. * 5% savings fund contribution (capped at the legal limit). * Life insurance effective from the date of hire. * Major medical expense insurance effective after the first year of service. * Quarterly bonus based on achievement of established KPIs.
