Install and configure computing equipment and peripherals **Job Description** A company in the **transportation** industry is seeking a **Technical Support Analyst**, who will provide basic technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and technological tools used in operations. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to internal users. * Handle and track hardware and software incidents. * Install and configure computing equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Support Windows operating systems and Office / Microsoft 365 suite. * Provide basic network support (connectivity, network printers, WiFi). * Manage user accounts and access rights (creation, deactivation, and control). * Log and document incidents in the ticketing system. * Assist with inventory management and control of technological assets. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** of experience in technical support (internships or social service may count). * Basic knowledge of: * Windows 10/11 * Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 * Hardware and preventive maintenance * Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, IP) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
