




Position Summary: We are seeking a Software Support Coordinator to manage teams, ensure SLA compliance, and perform data diagnostics and application triage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data diagnostics in SQL/NoSQL and application triage **Join our team!** We are looking for your talent as a "Software Support Coordinator" with knowledge of operating systems (networks, databases, programming languages, and leadership). **COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEER, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, OR RELATED FIELD.** Responsibilities: **- Team supervision:** Manage, train, and monitor the performance of support analysts. - **SLA management:** Ensure that Response and Resolution Times comply with established Service Level Agreements. - **Reporting:** Generate monthly performance metrics (KPIs), reports on recurring incidents, and root cause analyses. **- Data diagnostics (SQL/NoSQL):** Execute diagnostic and data validation queries in SQL Server and review collections/documents in MongoDB to rule out data integrity errors. **-** Application triage:** Determine whether an incident originates from the Frontend (Angular), Backend/API (C# ASP.NET, Python), or mobile application (Kotlin). - **Logs and monitoring:** Basic interpretation of server logs and application errors to provide detailed reports to the development team (DevOps/Devs).
