Schedule, organize, and supervise office staff activities. Supervise and ensure the routing process. Supervise and ensure deliveries and pickups with customers. Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators. Follow up on, address, and resolve all human resources matters within the office. Ensure that operational roles and responsibilities are fulfilled. Control the petty cash amount assigned to the office. Supervise shipments to ensure completeness and report shortages if any occur.
