Provide telephone support and follow-up for corporate and individual customers. Prepare quotations and follow up until sale closure. Coordinate appointments, studies, and commercial requests. Manage emails and administrative follow-up. Review and send corresponding results and documentation. Schedule on-site events and services for companies. Update agreements, pricing, and commercial portfolio. Register and onboard new companies. Support administrative procedures and government platforms. Participate in market analysis and commercial follow-up. ✅ What we look for in you Experience in customer service, administrative sales, or commercial areas.
