We are seeking a leader to manage warehouse operations, optimize raw materials processes, and ensure quality and efficiency across the supply chain.

**Job Description and Requirements**
**Responsibilities:**
* Supply raw materials to production on time and with accuracy.
* Coordinate sampling for raw material yield testing with the Sampling Managers of various warehouses and/or plants.
* Enter sampling data obtained into the system.
* Generate weight reports and integrate them into the corresponding batch file when required, providing backup and assurance to negotiation personnel.
* Maintain a clean work area.
* Track and support representatives and/or producers with information regarding weights received at the plant.
* Report any anomalies to Management.
* Responsible for inventories, coordination with warehousing providers, and their proper handling.
* Define storage and distribution strategies based on product quality and size.
* Develop continuous improvement projects and operational efficiency optimizations.
* Lead planning meetings and follow-ups with other departments and audits.
* Track fixed assets, consumables, and tools required by staff to properly perform their duties.
* Know and apply the company’s Quality and Food Safety Policy.
* Know and apply the company’s mission, vision, and values.
* Understand responsibilities within the Integrated Management System; assign tasks to the Sampling Coordinator/Operator.
* Coordinate retention samples in the warehouse until their expiration.
* Report any anomalies related to raw material batches.
* Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
**Accountabilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive and timely walnut sampling.
* Supervise the activities of Warehouse Coordinators/Operators across different locations.
* Ensure timely entry of sampling data.
**Education / Knowledge:**
* Industrial Engineering degree or related field, or 10 years of experience in a similar role within the same functional area.
* Basic English.
* Proficiency in reporting and systems.
* MS Office knowledge: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Interaction with representatives and/or producers.
