Description

Summary: This role involves drafting and validating building layouts using point cloud data, developing existing condition drawings, and preparing complete sets of architectural plans. Highlights: 1. Utilize point cloud data to validate and draw building layouts in AutoCAD. 2. Develop and edit existing condition drawings from various digital sources. 3. Prepare comprehensive sets of architectural drawings for diverse projects. * Import point cloud files into AutoCAD templates and use them as a basis to validate and draw building layouts. * Develop and edit existing condition drawings based on point clouds, virtual walkthroughs, and photographs. * Prepare complete sets of drawings, which may include: * Cover sheet * Floor plan * Reflected ceiling plan * Roof plan * Exterior elevations * Interior elevations * Kitchen equipment plan * Architectural site plan * Ensure that drawings meet scope requirements and accurately represent current building conditions. * Communicate any schedule deviations or issues to project management. * Issue preliminary drawing sets for review and deliver final files with proper naming conventions in the cloud. * Update project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to reflect progress and delivery status. * Collaborate with the management team to clarify requirements and resolve project\-related questions.
