




Position Summary: Supervises the closure of warranty records, coordinates deliveries of common areas and housing units, develops maintenance schedules, and provides customer service. Supervision of activities performed by subordinate staff REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service and post-sales areas. * Experience in internal and external customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise the closure of warranty records in the Enkontrol system, verifying that all required documentation and supporting evidence are complete. * Receive and coordinate the delivery of common areas, parks, electrified fencing, access points, and guardhouses for completed residential developments. * Coordinate with construction supervisors regarding pending work and completion deadlines for housing unit deliveries. * Develop and implement maintenance schedules for residential developments. * Prepare and supplement operational reports as required by management. * Record formal housing unit deliveries to customers in the system. * Provide direct customer service for special cases or high-priority issues. * Support housing unit deliveries when required. * Supervise subordinate staff to ensure compliance with assigned tasks.
