Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in construction, cost estimation, budgeting, and render design for unit price analysis and construction budget preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Neodata, Excel, and AutoCAD. 2. Skills in render design and blueprint interpretation. 3. Competencies in organization, analysis, and effective communication. **Requirements:** Ages 20 to 35 **Education:** Architecture. Knowledge in the Construction Field Experience with Neodata and Excel Experience in Cost Estimation and Budgeting Basic knowledge of Office and AutoCAD Knowledge of render design Blueprint interpretation. **Responsibilities:** Unit Price Analysis. Preparation of budgets for Electrical Works, Air Conditioning, and General Maintenance. Requesting quotations. Budget review. **Competencies:** \*Organized. \*Analytical ability. \*Decision-making ability. \*Effective communication. \*Stress tolerance.
