We are currently recruiting a new talent as a **Tech Lead – Technical Leader with a focus on e-commerce.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Leadership:** Define architecture and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. * **Application Development:** Design, develop, and maintain applications for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native). * **Travel Industry:** Implement features such as flight/hotel search, bookings, check-in, maps, itineraries, and personalized experiences. * **Project Management:** Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders. * **API Integration:** Connect with third-party services (bookings, payments, maps). * **Technical Support and Problem Resolution:** Actively monitor the site (uptime and performance) and serve as the first technical responder to failures or API errors affecting site availability. ○ Diagnose issues reported by users or detected via analytics (e.g., sudden drops in checkout completion rates). * **Front-End Code Intervention (Front-End Fixes):** ○ Direct Intervention Capability: Perform rapid front-end adjustments (HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript) to fix visual bugs; optimize website loading to meet Core Web Vitals (speed, visual stability, interactivity). * **Technical Tools:** Expert use of browser developer tools (Dev Tools) for real-time code inspection and correction. * **Prior experience managing the operational performance of a transactional website (eCommerce).** **Required Skills** * **Languages:** Swift, Kotlin, Dart (Flutter), JavaScript (React Native). * **Frameworks:** SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, React Native. * **Methodologies:** Agile (Scrum/Kanban). * **Experience:** CI/CD, automated testing, application architecture, QA experience. * **Leadership** **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in development, including at least 2+ years as a technical leader. * **Technologies:** Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture / BLoC / MVVM, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD. * **Knowledge:** Mobile architectures, App Store publishing, Testing. * **Experience in E-commerce or the OTA sector** (Online Travel Agency / e-commerce). **You’ll Receive:** * All statutory benefits * Bi-weekly payroll * Competitive salary * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Location: Mérida, Yuc. * On-site work mode Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term position Salary: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
