Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for Zinergia, focused on monitoring units, following up with customers, and communicating trip and delivery status to optimize logistics. WE ARE HIRING A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience in freight transportation * Experience in logistics * Customer service skills * GPS monitoring * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree * Strong verbal communication skills **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Monitor assigned units * Conduct follow-up sessions with customers to resolve inquiries and listen to needs * Schedule customer unloading appointments as applicable * Communicate trip or delivery status to customers * Send cargo scheduling information to operational coordinators * Verify timely and proper dispatch (managed by appointment) * Contact operators and customers via telephone or WhatsApp **WE OFFER**: * Statutory benefits: * 15-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund ($100 per week) * 25% vacation bonus * Statutory vacation days * 100% IMSS registration * Weekly payroll payment via Banorte * Food vouchers worth 269 (already included in salary) FIXED SCHEDULE: * Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:00 PM * Saturdays half-day 8:30 AM–1:30 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
