Join our team as: ***Warehouse Manager*** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading receiving, storage, and distribution operations for Finished Products, Raw Materials, Auxiliaries, Chemicals, and Dyes in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Ensuring physical inventory matches computer system records. * Coordinating inventory movement to develop order planning based on priorities established by the Sales Department. * Strategically and systematically planning the physical layout of warehouses and storage volumes. * Developing and maintaining management indicators (inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, service level). * Complying with, and ensuring compliance with, warehouse safety requirements per Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), internal guidelines, and the Integrated Management System (SGC). * Identifying and implementing strategies to improve profitability in purchase order (PO) fulfillment. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 3 years in this role (preferably within national industry). * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) related to material storage and handling. * Material storage strategies and techniques. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel. **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $35,000, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Company-provided mobile phone. * Life insurance. * Subsidized industrial cafeteria service. ***Note: This vacancy is for the Civac and Yecapixtla locations; candidates must be available to work at both plants.*** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract.
