The benefits you will enjoy at Dr. Reddy's are on par with industry-leading standards. **Job Description** * Timely dispatch of all saleable products, preparing required documentation for domestic sale and/or export. * Issue invoices for completed sales in accordance with applicable legal requirements for each transaction. * Receive and review all customer purchase orders, tracking them until shipment and sale closure. * Request quotations from freight forwarders for shipments requiring such coordination, based on the Incoterms specified for each sale. * Prepare all documentation required for export shipments to be sent to customers and customs agents. * Review and approve all export documentation to ensure compliance with specified requirements. * Arrange shipment via letter of credit for export customers requiring such arrangements, verifying adherence to applicable regulations and customer requirements. * Track shipments from plant departure to destination arrival in accordance with applicable Incoterms. * Monitor export request processing and product returns, as required, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. **Requirements** **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (degree holder) **LANGUAGES:** * Advanced English **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles within manufacturing industries * Logistics, transportation, and supply chain management * Export and import operations * Customs trade compliance * Customer service * Supplier relationship management **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Inventory management * Customs and shipping procedures * Export and import processes * Electronic invoicing * SAP or other ERP systems
