At Construkom, we are seeking a **Construction Resident** with experience in mass housing projects and on-site supervision of construction processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated or intern). * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass housing projects. * Demonstrable experience in: * Construction system using formwork / metal scaffolding * Block construction * Finishes * On-site supervision and activity monitoring * Interpretation of blueprints * Coordination of contractors and work crews * Monitoring of construction schedules * Availability to work on-site in Yautepec, Morelos. **Responsibilities** --------------- * Supervise the execution of works on site. * Coordinate contractors and operational staff. * Monitor the construction schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Supervise building processes, structural work, and finishes. * Report physical progress of the project. * Ensure order and operational continuity on site. * Conduct daily monitoring of work fronts. **We Offer** ------------- * Gross monthly salary of $19,275 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in expanding residential projects.
