If you are passionate about sales, leadership, and the financial world, this is your opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the financial landscape. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Supervise the credit granting process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current regulations. * Train and motivate branch staff on credit products and customer service. * Oversee daily activities of promoters, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify business opportunities within the area of influence and develop relationships with community or business leaders. * Field work **Requirements:** --------------- * 2 years of experience in credit origination and team leadership * Field work * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service orientation. * MUST-HAVE experience in the financial industry * Completed high school diploma Interest in field work * **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Base salary of $10,000 to $11,000.00 * Biweekly payments * Monthly bonuses * Bimonthly bonus * Statutory benefits (IMSS) * 15 days of year-end bonus * 12 vacation days starting from the first year * 25% vacation premium * Direct employment contract with the company * 100% IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions * 7 additional personal days beyond vacation days * Birthday day off with pay * Maternity or paternity bonus * Free uniform * Work tools * Internal professional growth opportunities * Ongoing training to enhance your skills.
