Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or related professional to draft architectural plans, model and render 3D projects, and prepare budgets and quotations. Key Highlights: 1. 2 years of experience in drafting, rendering, or project design 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, rendering engines, and Office suite 3. 3D modeling, rendering, and budget preparation Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field * **2 years of experience as a drafter, renderer, or project designer** * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, rendering engines, and Office software * Neodata – Desirable – **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting of architectural plans * Drafting of construction documents * Development of installation criteria * 3D modeling of projects * Rendering of 3D models * Preparation of project revisions * Conducting architectural surveys * Liaising with suppliers to prepare quotations * Preparation of work generators and budgets **COMPETENCIES:** Results orientation, knowledge of construction materials and methods, resource management, continuous improvement, and analytical ability.
