**Position Objective** Research, analyze, and document **technological trends in the FinTech and banking sectors**, especially those related to **financial APIs and Open Finance**, in order to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and the value proposition of new digital products within the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * **Research FinTech trends and Neobanks** to identify innovation opportunities applicable to current projects. * **Analyze and document Open Finance APIs** (e.g., Plaid, Belvo, Tink), understanding endpoints, authorization flows, and available data. * **Conduct competitor benchmarking studies** using similar APIs, highlighting their user experience (UX) and business models. * **Collaborate with product and development teams** in defining new solutions based on financial APIs. * **Propose continuous improvements** for identified project pain points, utilizing innovation tools and methodologies. * **Prepare quarterly reports** featuring emerging trends, KPIs, and strategic recommendations. * **Define work plans and strategic partnerships** to strengthen the technological evolution of the department. **Required Technical Skills** * Functional analysis of APIs (ability to read documentation in **Swagger** and **Postman**). * Practical knowledge of **Plaid, Belvo, Tink** platforms and their business models (lending, PFM, payment collection, etc.). * Understanding of **digital banking product structures** and Open Banking / Open Finance models. * Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in **Excel** for data analysis and reporting. * Ability to perform **cost\-benefit analysis of APIs**. * Certification or knowledge in **Six Sigma Green Belt** (mandatory). * Project management tools: **Jira, Asana, Monday, Miro, Notion**. * Handling large volumes of data to identify patterns and insights.
